Each apartment comes with off-street parking for tenants.

Our philosophy is to take care of tenants as if they were family. If your drain is plugged or a light bulb in the hall is out, we want to know. We’ll fix the problem as quickly as humanly possible.

Our tenants are encouraged to call the landlord, Tom Lamson, about any concerns. Tom is available weekdays and weekends by cell phone. He lives in Vermont but visits Goffstown at least twice a month. Most importantly, Tom has a network of local plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters and other tradesmen on call and at your service. Tom’s nephew, Lee Minnich, lives nearby and helps oversee the properties.
